Lead, Supervise, Relate, Follow – A class for all levels within the organization. This is an awareness and skill development class to improve teamwork and supervisory skills. Can also be delivered one-on-one as a coaching engagement.
Prerequisite: Extended DISC® Assessment or TeamSight® or PRINT®
Emotional Intelligence – A class for improving relationship skills in leadership, sales, and team management.
Prerequisite: EQ-i
Artificial Intelligence – Pre-hire consultation or workshop including behavioral interviewing methods and skills. This class presents The Tallasure MX and related family of pre-hire tools.
Supervision 101 – The basics of supervision including how to delegate, how to deliver feedback, how to deliver performance evaluations, how to communicate, how to deal with difficult employees.

Avoiding Conflict – A class or a coaching engagement that teaches participants how to avoid or diminish conflict within the team.

How to Talk So People Will Listen and Listen So People Will Talk – A classthat provides specific communication skills to supervisors and managers in how to accelerate performance through the relationship.
Prerequisite: Extended DISC® Assessment or TeamSight® or PRINT®
Coaching As a Management Tool – This class teaches supervisors and managers how to develop and use a mentoring relationship along with corresponding skills. This is a skills-based approach.
Prerequisite: Extended DISC® Assessment or TeamSight® or PRINT®
Team-Coaching/Team-Building – This is an advanced classthat takes intact teams through development and team building exercises. Can also include strategic planning.

Creating a Respectful Work Environment – An interactive class covering sexual harassment prevention.
How to Create and Manage an Inclusive Workforce – An interactive class that focuses on emotional awareness of bias and the value of inclusion among all protected classes.
